I hired Hernando, he was extremely diligent. Every affordable, his office was very good about answering and also returning my phones. Jeff is a good lawyer if he’s making money off of you. I understand there’s a lot of lawyers like this, but, unless you have a big case where he’s making a lot of money… I would not recommend. He’s a nice person, but doesn’t work fairly. I would’ve most likely gotten close to the same results using a court appointed attorney.

He was super helpful with the bond hearing though, and I would recommend him for that. I just know he could’ve done more in my boyfriends case.

I needed an attorney and someone told me about Hernando Perez. Went in and met with him decided he was the guy. I was looking at 2 felony charges. Hernando is the guy I’ll only recommend from now on. I wouldn’t settle for a plea deal. I told him that and he never recommended taking one. He fought to the end as they dismissed the charges 30 min before trial started.
