Hernando I Perez

Hernando earned his B.A. from Weber State University at Ogden, Utah in 2006 and then went on to earn his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010. After Law School Hernando volunteered as an assistant prosecutor with the Ogden City Justice Court. During his time as a prosecutor Hernando earned valuable experience and insight into the criminal process and techniques the prosecution side uses to get a conviction. Hernando now uses those skills to analyze his client’s cases in order to protect their constitutional rights. After leaving the prosecutor’s office Hernando joined a firm that specialized in personal injury law. His areas of practice ranged from auto accidents to Multi District Litigation regarding defective medical devices. He is committed to giving his all to every client’s case and has the experience necessary to handle almost any personal injury case. Hernando speaks fluent Spanish and strives to provide quality legal representation to all of his clients.
